Fife Police shut down another Marijuana grow

For the second time since June, Fife Police have shut down a marijuana growing operation located a little over a mile from the previous one. Detectives and patrol officers armed with a search warrant surrounded the location and arrested two suspects shortly before 8:00am. Inside detectives found 114 marijuana plants in various stages of growth, manufacturing equipment and drug paraphernalia.The two men who were taken into custody now face charges of unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance. They have been booked into the Pierce County Jail and are awaiting arraignment.
