The Tacoma Pierce County Chaplaincy (TPCC) has presented Chief Brad Blackburn with their 2012 Community Service Award. Chief Blackburn has been a strong supporter of TPCC in many ways. From making sure they have the necessary equipment they need to be safe out on the road, to assisting their newest Director, Frank Washburn, with introductions amongst local police chiefs, and assisting with the planning and organizing of the annual fundraising dinner.
