Kids leave lasting mark on MCC

The Fife Police Department would like to thank everyone who came out to the City of Fife's Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 6th and took a tour of the Pierce County Cooperative Cities Mobile Command Center. The 32 foot long vehicle participated in the parade and was on display all day for anyone interested in taking a tour and learning what this valuable piece of equipment is all about. The vehicle is owned by the Fife Police Department but is available for all surrounding municipalities to use in the case of a large event or natural disaster.
All kids who toured the vehicle were invited by Officer Volkman to leave their signature on the whiteboard walls and cupboards. We hope you had a great time and look forward to seeing you again next year!
