On January 17, 2014 the above female was last seen at the
Loves Truck Stop in Fife at approx. 1030 Hrs. Cope suffers from Bi-Polar
Disorder and Schizophrenia and did not have any of her medications, wallet,
money, or cell phone with her when she went missing. Cope is described as
“very friendly and highly vulnerable” by family members and was seen talking with
truck drivers in the truck stop parking area just before her disappearance.
