Officers will be taking the Plunge

Fife Police Officers and staff will be supporting the Special Olympics this Saturday when they take a dip in the chilly waters at Owen Beach in Tacoma and be a part of the “coolest” event of the year! Special Olympics Polar Plunge Series is a fundraising effort organized by law enforcement agencies across the state to benefit Special Olympics Washington. This unique opportunity gives individuals, organizations and businesses the chance to support Special Olympics Washington by collecting pledges for the “opportunity” to plunge into frigid waters. All proceeds collected by Plungers benefit Special Olympics Washington and the 10,000 athletes across the state. You can show your support for the Fife team by making a donation or come out to Owen Beach this Saturday and cheer them on!
