Officers, Detectives and employees from the Fife Police Department ran in the Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run on Friday afternoon. They received the torch from the Milton Police Department at the Fife/Milton city limits, ran for 3.5 miles through the city and passed it off to the Tacoma Police Department at the intersection of Portland Ave. and Puyallup Ave. FPD has been a proud participant in the Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run for 8 years.
