Safe street of the week now begins on Fridays! The safe street for the week of June 28th through July 4th is Pacific Hwy E. from 54th Ave. to 65th Street. The posted limit changes between 35mph and 45mph at the 5700 block.

Today, Soeun Sun was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole under Washington's "three strikes you're out" law.

20th Street will be closed for night paving of 70th Avenue from June 25th through July 3rd. The closure will run from 62nd Avenue to Freeman Road from 9pm to 6am. Only local access will be allowed during these times. Please be patient, this project is in the final stages!
