Man claims to be twin brother to avoid arrest

At approximately 5:00pm on Tuesday, September 4th, Officers responded to a reported possible physical domestic dispute in the 4600 block of Pacific Hwy. E. Officers questioned a male and female who had been arguing loudly, disturbing their neighbors. The male suspect repeatedly gave officers the name of his twin brother to avoid arrest on an outstanding Auburn warrant for domestic violence assault in the 4th degree. Both male and female suspects were taken into custody and face possible charges of domestic violence, obstructing a public servant and making false statements to a police officer.
